Hanikon Rosé is a luxury rosé served across some of the world's most prestigious destinations, from Harrods to Eden Rock in St Barths. Following our initial work defining Hanikon's brand world and positioning, the brand set out to grow its stockists globally and support existing ones with brand takeovers.
Le Toiny, where Hanikon was already stocked, wanted to see how the brand could take over its spaces and create experiences for its guests.
Saltco supported on both, the design of the activations and their custom merchandise, and the pitch materials Hanikon needed to win more venues.
The pitch deck that opened the door.
We built the sales deck Hanikon uses to pitch stockists, a standalone tool setting out the rosé market opportunity, the brand world, the activation menu and the commercials in one place. Because the activations are modular, Hanikon can drop the right rollout into the deck for each venue it approaches, tailoring the pitch to the room rather than starting over every time. It gave Hayley the tools to make her case venue by venue, and Le Toiny was exactly the kind of destination it was built for.
A venue only takes on a brand it can picture in its own space, and that is what the visualisations do. Because Rufus is an architect, each activation is modelled in full detail first, then visualised with AI tools and finished by hand, a layered approach that holds detail a single prompt never will, down to how the light catches a bottle and how the yellow reads against the sand. It let us show Le Toiny exactly how its spaces would change under a Hanikon takeover, the colours, the fittings, the feel, which matters most for a luxury venue that needs to see the finished picture before it will say yes.
